Items Eligible for Return
- All our dresses, unless specified otherwise in the product description.
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
- Items purchased within the last 7 days.
Return Period
- You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return any item.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if more than 7 days have passed since the date you received your order.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Pack your item securely, including the original packing slip.
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll send you an email notification.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exceptions
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
